  • Execution Planning in 4-8 weeks: perform a quick strategy assessment and help your team set clear objectives and build a comprehensive execution and resource plan. After the plan is delivered, we can work in an advisory capacity to guide your C-suite throughout execution.
  • Offsite Facilitation in 4 weeks: run your 1-2 day management offsite and help your team tackle strategic planning and business transformation, process design/enhancements, priority/objective setting, and mapping out an execution plan for the year. The 4-week schedule includes prep/planning meetings to uncover focus areas for in-person discussions and alignment, plus a post-offsite review, including key findings and recommendations.


All project deliverables can be produced in the client's own branded Microsoft Office or Google templates for fast and easy repurposing.
