I've helped executives across the globe, from startups to Fortune 100 companies, scale, transform, and deliver. I spent most of my career working in New York and London in large, financial institutions (Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, DTZ/Cushman & Wakefield, E*Trade) in a variety of global COO/transformation roles where I had responsibility for both strategy and execution. At each firm, my role and responsibilities changed frequently as I was dropped in to transform various business areas.
I loved the build part of transforming, but not the cyclical rounds of cost-cutting. When my last Wall Street COO role went from growth to cut mode, I decided to take on a new challenge. I began helping some of the biggest names in blockchain and other tech startups build the infrastructure to scale globally and operate as publicly traded companies. I then took a President role at a fintech, where I scaled the firm from less than $50MM to a multi-billion valuation in less than 2 years on a 10x+ increase in revenues.
Today I love leveraging my experience and playbook to help executives quickly and successfully overcome challenges to achieve their goals.
